Key Responsibilities
Coordination and management of IT projects including the IT service providers involved, in particular further enhancements of the integrated portfolio management systems
System support (operation, support, training) and further development of the company’s integrated portfolio management systems including interfaces in close coordination with the respective national and international business functions in Risk & Portfolio Management, Investment / Asset Management and Finance as well as the Allianz Group
Ensuring the interface function within Allianz Real Estate and within the Allianz Group as well as for external business partners
Execution of process analysis and design, development of functional and technical concepts in close cooperation and coordination with the business units
Creation of high-quality process, program and user documentation

Requirements / Skills / Experience
Successfully completed university studies (business administration / economics, (business) informatics or comparable field of study) ideally with a focus on real estate (finance)
Work experience in an international working environment, very good knowledge of databases, ETL processes, data warehousing, reporting
Project management experience, especially in the management of international projects
Experience in international rollout and operation of systems
Experience with modern IT infrastructure and distributed system architectures
Experience in financial modelling, profound understanding of discounted cash flow (DCF) models
High interest in technical issues and innovations
IT, process and specialist knowledge in the management of real estate portfolios
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension for mastering complex systems
Knowledge in the usage of agile development methods, e.g. Scrum
Above-average commitment, resilience and flexibility
A high degree of service orientation and commitment as well as a great interest in intercultural cooperation
Convincing appearance, assertiveness and willingness to make decisions
Independent working style, initiative and personal responsibility
Strong communication skills, ability to cooperate and work in a team
Fluent written and spoken English and German
