Join us as Manager* Validation and Qualification for SCHOTT Pharma at our headquarter in Germany, Mainz.

Your Contribution

In your role as Manager* Validation and Qualification, you work in close coordination with the Head of Quality Processes & Systems. In addition, you…  

identify and define the requirements for validation and qualification on the context of primary packaging materials based on guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements
define, develop and implement validation and qualification processes 
monitor the creation and implementation of global software-based tools and modules used in the GMP-compliant operation of a modern quality management system
support rollouts of procedures and carry out training of SOPs as well as other validation and qualification relevant training 
coordinate and support improvement projects initiated through customer audits and/or complaints as well as internal audits and observations/agreements 

Your Qualifications

Dipl.- Ing. (graduate engineer) (TH/FH ~ technical university / University of applied science), mechanical, chemical, electrical or industrial engineering, graduate physicist or chemist, Master of Business 
Minimum 5 years of experience on validation and qualification in suppliers for pharmaceutical industries, medical device manufacturer, pharmaceutical industries or similar
Experience in the usage of common computer programs/software used in the GMP-field
Profound knowledge of Production Processes, Quality Management is required 
Structured working method as well as customer-oriented communication skills in situations as negotiations of quality contracts, trainings etc. 
Business fluent English skills
